In general

You can return or exchange any product you ordered if there is a manufacturing defect within 14 days from the date of the order, provided that it remains in the same condition as when you received it.

When can I return the product?
  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of the order confirmation time via WhatsApp or by calling the number: 01222216164. A full refund will be issued if payment was made in advance, according to business hours.
  • The refund amount will be transferred to the same account or wallet you used for payment. For your security, the amount cannot be transferred to a different account or wallet.
When can you not return the product?
  • If the specified return period of 14 days has passed.
  • If the product has been used, damaged, or is no longer in its original condition as received.
  • Any consumable product or any product that has been used in any way cannot be returned.
  • In the case of any design flaws provided by the customer, this applies to custom design orders.
  • If the wrong (size/color/design) was chosen by the customer.
  • Loss of any item from the packaging you received, such as price tags, labels, original packaging, free gifts, or accessories.
  • Fragile items or items related to personal use cannot be returned.
