Shipping & Delivery Policy

In general

We would like to inform you that Konoha's official working days are from Saturday to Thursday. Friday and public holidays are considered days off for all Konoha employees and shipping companies.

Our primary goal is to provide you with the best online ordering experience, so we have simplified the shipping process to be convenient and satisfactory for you.

Your orders are delivered via a third-party shipping company, and we strive to ensure your orders are delivered on time.

Our delivery method aims to deliver orders within a maximum of two to four days, depending on your geographical location. You can choose a convenient delivery time at any point during the day or week, or postpone delivery if needed.

In case of urgent orders, please contact customer service, and we will do our best to assist you.

We may require your signature, or the signature of someone on your behalf, on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address, and the signature of any person at that address will be considered as confirmation of receipt of the order.

If no one is present at the registered address to receive the order, we will ask you to contact customer service to arrange another delivery time. The shipping company cannot attempt delivery more than three times, and the company is not responsible for any returned orders.

Processing time

Orders that are in stock are processed within 1-2 business days.

For out-of-stock orders, you may experience a slight processing delay of 1-2 days, and we will notify you if this occurs.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the product and the address region.

Delivery time

We make every effort to deliver your order within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment, except in exceptional circumstances. Business days are Saturday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Therefore, your order is expected to be delivered within 1-5 business days from the date the order was placed.

The delivery date may vary based on the shipping company's policies, the delivery location, the shipping method, and the items ordered. Some orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
